Shipping and Refund
This Refund/Cancellation Policy is in relation to the products ordered and supplied to you via www.shopdr-lite.com.
All sales are final and no return of non-damaged goods shall be accepted; however DR. LITE may at its sole discretion accept goods for return subject to DR. LITE pre-approval and pre-authorization and provided the criteria requirements below are met in the return policy at the time of the return. This is a service provided to our customers to promote goodwill, and is at the sole discretion of DR. LITE.
1. RETURNING OR REPLACING A FAULTY PRODUCT
If your product is faulty and does not work as specified or even at all, you have 30 days to return the product back to us so feel free to contact us in the details provided below and our staff will endeavor to assist you with replacing your faulty product or assist you with receiving a refund.
However, the following criteria/requirements must be met in order for a return to be completed.
Communication on all returned goods must be returned within 30 days of the sales transaction and are subject to pre-approval and pre-authorization at DR. LITE’s sole discretion. DR. LITE grants no rights to returns, all sales are final; however DR. LITE may, in its sole discretion agree to a return, which must be pre-authorized and pre-approved by DR. LITE.
Freight is non-refundable.
Goods must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. All items are subject to a restocking fee, to be determined at DR. LITE’s sole discretion at the time of the return.
All returns must have a matching sales invoice.
Pre-approved and pre-authorized returns may be made in person to the DR. LITE location from which the goods were purchased; via pre-arranged and pre-approved pick-up by an authorized DR. LITE company vehicle; or returned via pre-authorized and pre-approved return with freight pre-paid and the return authorization number(s) must appears on all cartons.
Other restrictions may apply, and are subject to change at DR. LITE’s sole discretion.
2. RETURNING OR REPLACING A DAMAGED PRODUCT
We apologize that you have received a damaged product. Please contact us with a description of the damage and any information on the driver who delivered it, to discuss replacing or refunding you your damaged product.
3. RETURNING AN UNWANTED PRODUCT
We are happy to return a product that you have changed your mind about, with a refund being made before 30 days after delivery. However, if you have used or installed the product, we will only be able to offer you a refund of up to 50% of its’ value. Please contact us to discuss your options.
